Diverse pbs of a newcomer with the IXEG

Hello,

I am new on the IXEG 737 and have some questions you can may be help me with:

a) How can I feed the FMC with a ready made flight plan ? There is no folder "flightplans" or so in the IXEG folder to load flightplans from

b Why is the CoG/Pitch Trim always the same under "Ground services" which numbers I ever put for fuel/ZFW ?

c) Why dont the spoilers  come up at touch down although they are armed(green light on) ?

d) Why has the Autobrake no effect although put to "3" ? I must use the parkbrake to decelerate
