Order disappear

Hi,

My order of order number 55359 disappear in my account, also I couldn't install product correctly, it keep pop up in my X-Plane 11 of message say that I don't have any product, I could send you the proof of purchase email, please help me to fix this issue, I paid a lot of money for the product.
