Associate another program with X-Plane?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if it is possible to associate X-Plane with another program. (Have the other program launch automatically when X-Plane launches) The reason I want to do this is because I don't want to have to open VAS FMC (An amazing program!) every time I launch X-Plane. this way X-Plane would launch, and VAS FMC would already be running.
