Sorry I forgot to report back. KSAN is much better without Reshade and fsenahncer installed. I can now fly and land without too much problem.

 

There is still the occasional micro stutter but no drop in FPS. Have installed the optimized files too. Thanks for your assistance with helping to fix my problem.
