Cannot activate in xp11

So emailed support@x-aviation.com on Boxing Day and still n response so still cannot try the plane in xp11?

Is this the correct address to use?

Yep, that email's correct, usual response time is three working days

Also take into account, it's pretty much holiday time around the world, over here in the UK most businesses/factories are off work until Jan 2nd (well, the lucky ones lol)

Over here this time of year is full on family time
