Rig Specs before i flood with pics ........

W10 Pro x64
5820k @ 4.7 (Watercooled)
Palit Gtx 1080 FE (Core @ +215 memory @ +500)
Asus Rampage V Extreme
4x8Gb DDR 4 3200 at 3000 (@ 3200 means windose loses 50% of my ram lol)
500Gb SSD OS Drive + Main x-plane 10 install
128Gb SSD
250Gb 7200 HDD
500Gb 7200 HDD
4Tb 7200 HDD

ps : In 11 i can have more eye-candy than i could in 10 for the same fps i had in 10 around this area (if that makes sense)

pps : Fps low was 27, into low 30's as average

Nice specs on your rig...but lets hope XP11 will improve on FPS as the patches come out..your system should soar with FPS and mine too...when all said and done!

Hiya,

Well i'm enjoying the betas hehe

When i hear the phrase 'we're optimizing' my brain thinks 'here we go with less visual draw distance' lol or 'i'm enclosed in a render circle' i do hope this doesn't become the 'opimization'

To me 11 is a different beast compared to 10, at the announcement Austin did say if you can max out 10 (i couldn't) you sure won't max out 11, i like that in a way, means they're staying somewhat ahead of hardware, the other way around annoys me, as-in having the hardware but it's not used to its max potential

You best get a vid up showing off those sweet new peds !!   hehe
