Asking for X-Aviation login every time

Hi guys, I am running into some sort of an issue that may have been caused by myself i'm not sure.  When I load the IXEG 737 it keeps asking for my login information, I enter it(although it should not be asking everytime I start the sim) and in the top right it says it has been activated,  The picture of the plane in the login window turns green for a second and then goes back red.  I can flip switches in the plane but nothing responds.

I am not sure if this would have caused it but this weekend I bought the FF A350 and I installed it into the X-Aviation folder not thinking about it.  So tonight when my 737 was not working I moved the A350 to it's own folder but the IXEG is still not working.  Not sure if I should uninstall/reinstall as I think I will be over my install limit.

Is there also a possibility that the plugins from the FF A350 could be causing the issue?
