Ignition Animation & options menu stopped working

Ignition animation no longer moves & is stuck to on,  noticed on a couple of the pre installed & payware aircraft  VFlyAir Piper Arrow  & Aerobask Pipistrel Pantthera 

+ also noticed the options menu for Camera & settings on the Piper Arrow were missing

+ also have a starter sound continuously repeating on same aircraft

Tried  re-installing aircraft  ( also tried a earlier version of the Piper Arrow )

Tried repairing X plane 10 using the auto repair 

Tried re -install earlier copy of x plane 10 ( 10.45 ) . now using  latest updated version 10.50b5.

Have also tried disabling all plugins

Still same problem ?

Any help very welcome !
