Standard rate turn

Hi there,

when flying a 360 with ALT hold and autothrottle @ 210 knots in heading mode 360deg turn takes ~ 2:40 with 25deg bank, with 30deg bank (poor pax...) ~ 2:10. Like this I will never make a nice standard rate turn, am I thinking too much GA at this point or am I doing something wrong?

Any real pilot information highly appreciated!

Rule of thumb is TAS/10+7, so ~25° at 180kts.
I tried that (180 IAS at 3000'), it took 2:15.
