no response from x-aviation for SAAB 1.3 update request

Hi all I own the SAAB 340 version 1.2 and like it a lot. only recently I found in my email a notification for the 1.3 update. in my purchased downloads it shows: 3 downloads remaining, but under download links "expired December 2015". therefore I have no access to the 1.3 update to which I am entitled. none of the x-aviation staff (I tried 3 different e-mail contacts over 2 weeks) have responded with a download link or updated my downloads. I wonder if x-aviation is still in business

I do not do support through private message. As it turns out, you have relentlessly sent endless e-mails over time for your support ticket. Our website is very clear when you create a support ticket: "Please do not send multiple e-mails or this will delay our response to you!" This is further followed up AFTER you submit a ticket with massive red text explaining it to you yet again. Don't send further e-mails. You'll get a response.
