I do believe I'm in the minority but I wouldn't call it a severe minority. I've seen plenty of people on the different X-Plane forums talking about still using X-Plane 11. In fact, I just happened to look up X-Plane 10 on Steam and read the reviews, I was curious as I never used that version. What surprised me is that there were a lot of recent reviews of people talking about how they still use X-Plane 10 even today.
It may be that many still use 11 but its not financially good for developers to spend time on products that few are buying, for older vers, Most developers have moved on and most users have learned to live with it.

@Bulva Is this all you can do, two forums now, whos next, XPLANE is alive and well, no one believes the naysayers any more, Always the same people, every time. Wait till 12.1b comes out and see forums explode with complaints.

I paid for an airplane that I can't even fly guys...
Well if you cant fly it you have problems. Its not unflyable is it??

The only thing that people need to be concerned about is the internet, we all assume it will always be with us, and electricity, thats another issue, witout either of those, doesn't matter who you purchased from, its all scrap.

No idea of what there is to be concerned about.

I'm too old to believe in intention.
I immediately bought the new version of IXEG, believing that it would be revived...
And it is as it was. A few corrections and .... and ...... ?????
I love this project, but a bit of disappointment... and that's it... ;-)I guess you never read anything, FMOD is happening now, FMS getting rewrite( thats to use xplane data, that is a heck of a lot of work), it already has new flight model, I believe new textures on way. Really, I guess they should of just dropped it and annoyed more people, Bests 737 out there. Is a lot of work to upgrade to XP12 why do you thing some planes still slowly getting upgraded.
Disappointed in the disappointed.

Let's hope they are taking time to work on FMC and Autopilot function, as promised before release.
This is a lot of work, if it was so simple, dont expect it to be done any time soon as it is going to be updated to use xp12 data instead of its own.

Hello, guys!
I was doing some changes here and one of them was my move back to a single linux boot machine dedicated to X-Plane 12.
So, my question is just to know if we have some chance to get a Linux version of it. Can we already dream about it?Cheers!
think youll be dreaming for a long time.

Maybe it is a network thing, just showing up as something else.

Hopefully the XP13 version will work ;-)
Mine works perfectly fine. Your not trying to run tehe Gizmo beta ver with this are you.

Posted this elsewhere, though there it seemed to be unimportant. So here
First off, this does not require any skill, and reading it wont break XPLANE.
Secondly, this contains lots of useful info for us to look at when you have an issue, posting the bits you think are broken helps no one. Post the whole log.
log.txt gets written over, every time you run xplane as does the LOG_ATC.txt which is required for ATC issues.
When you install XPLANE you get a xlane installerlog.txt i believe you will find on your desktop. gas same info plus install issues
A lot of developers now add there logs to this file to keep it all in one place
Examples of what we see from my log. Important bits highlighted

Its an issue that needs addressing by xplane, they all seem to rely upon different parameters, and even in hangers you will get rail, as it xplane doesnt know if surface is inside or outside, unless they come up with a poly taxiway that is inside only that doesnt show rain.
-
Yes this one not the first and wont be the last, I think some people write before they have there coffee in the morning.

The CPU is not overclocked. There is only one XMP profile enabled for RAM which gives a lot of stability to the system
But seems you are the only one with this issue, so it not necessarily the plane. Could be many things. Just dont go to external view, different airport... is your pc power supply enough,

New to the 737 Classic. so far everything works except toe brakes. all mapped correctly, plane flys well, but I can’t get toe brakes working. Have to map Hold Brakes L&R respectively to the toe brake axis. Toe brake works in all other planes.
Thats nice but dont expect any help without your log.txt after it happens . Standard practice. my crystal ball is broken.

His log shows no addons, but gizmo throwing an error
[Gizmo64]: Dataref 'sim/flightmodel/position/magpsi' has been replaced. Please use the new name.
My advice try loading ixeg direct or after a simpler plane like a 172. Trying to load one complex addon after another can crash xplane. Does it to me on many planes.

I have had this exact issue and have been extremely frustrated. FF 757 works great. Zibo 737 works great. Any airport any time I could rely on 35-45 frames. Installed the Ixeg 737 and these horrendous stutters occur without fail. I have tried every remedy suggested and nothing has worked.
It could be the sound just wait till the FMod update comes out, who knows

@Sluijsens could be something stupid like the network adapter or even driver, being an IT expert jm sure you though of that.

No, that's a lie Cameron told, or whoever told those lies, and is so dissapointing!!! Not everyone received the email. Is ok, I no longer interested on this or anything from you guys anyways, lost all respect. Merry XMas and enjoy your day! You can close this account or ban me, I will not be visiting this site again!!!!! I'll stick to the xplane store, they don't need to lie and make up stories. Ciao
Is not a lie. It is as how he put it, I got mine, did you check your junk email, probably got deleted.

Well I would have fully agreed with you if everything else didn’t run properly,
Do you have some other complex aircraft, and how does it perform, This plane still has some optimization for XP12, just wait for next update, Be nice to see a screen shot of the laminar plugin admin performance showing whats going on, panning and not panning but you must understand panning around a complex airport requires xplane to load a lot of textures as you pan, that why a fast CPU and lots of cores help.

@VirtualGAaviator Ye got temporary smack over the wrist over there, i dont understand the mods over there. They wanted to "preview" all my posts for a month so I simply didnt post. Quiet here but so it is on the other forum.

When I select a different Plane like TOLLIS a-319 for x-plane 12 the problem does exist. That FAST SHOT FROM YOUR SIDE.
PS: The click spots was just wishful thinking on my part, but nice to have- cheers
Be nice to see your log.txt, but if you are using the logitech drivers its probably half your problem

Surprised xplane loads at all.
Is x-aviation dead?

Laminar is doing some major upgrades to xplane for next release, no developer is silly enough to do a major release until it has gone Beta and being tested by a lot of very picky consumers. I should add, "some very Vocal", consumers.
