Yes, it will be free. I'm a c# guy by day, so c/c++ is a little foreign to me. (all that pointer memory stuff and the ecosystem in general) .. and of course scripting languages, almost anyone can write, so I was hoping I could go that route. Thanks for the direction Cameron, much appreciated

I've done similar things in Flywithlua, but I wanted something that I could protect to some degree. SASL3 is another option, but they want $ for the encryption. Generally, thinking of the FSEconomy plugin (though I think they use python).. this will end up being very similar.

I'm so sorry, this has likely been asked a thousand times, but I can't find it via search or browsing. Can I create scripts in folders not in aircraft folders? (ie; for x-plane as a whole) If so, where would they go? I want to write a script that works against every aircraft (any aircraft the user chooses to fly). Thanks!
