These are simply objects to be used in your custom scenery project. Create a folder in Custom Scenery. In that folder create a folder called "Objects". Place the downloaded files into this. Open the program World Editor (WED) which you might need to download if you don't have it. Using a mapping app like Google Earth get the coords for the position of the object and using WED, place the object at that coordinate. Export out your scenery package from WED and it's done.
