  1. Yes, it is insufficient because there are crashes we have identified as being caused by other factor NOT involved in the stack trace, the full log assists in the identification of the state of the sim. Additionally we manually review every log to try and best ascertain why the sim crashed and provide useful troubleshooting steps for you to try as part of our dedication to supporting all users. Thank you so much for posting your log it will aid in the evaluation of your issue and subsequent analysis. Your cooperation is appreciated.

  2. After reviewing your log and determining that there were no external factors contributing to your crash, I was able to duplicate your result and have flagged this as issue 2921 for correction. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

  3. I don't know if this has been reported as a "wishlist" item. When the FO states Flaps.... (brief pause) 20... but the flaps are still coming down. Ideally, in the real world, it's a 2 pilot verification procedure-, FO calls flaps XX (selected)..... when it indicates 20, the CA states: "20 set/checked" Can we have our Hot Start automated FO wait for the flaps to reach 20 before stating 20? And/or add the ability to manually "check" the item like other checklist items?

  5. Another update. Though its been quiet here, it is still very much full speed on my end. There simply is a lot of infrastructure work and double-checks to get ready for release. One of the things I'm doing is moving the documentation to be browser based. That was a bit of a last minute decision but one I think will pay dividends moving forward. This makes the documentation searchable and navigated much more quickly and in addition, much easier to update and read IMO. I also forsee the need to facilitate tutorials and such and this format will allow the addition of such material to be added more quickly and presented more effectively. This infrastructure will also serve as a foundation for similar documentation efforts we plan to bring to the ixeg 737. We should be able to publish the docs to PDF also for those that desire such. The paint kit is also complete, which required its fair share of prep and documentation also. The documentation will probably drag on another day or two. At this stage, its looking like early June release. I will say I'm disappointed its not in the 3 week time span I had hoped and predicted, but not disappointed with why...because I simply want to refine lots of little things to ensure its a first class simming experience and its coming along very well. -tkyler

  6. I have to laugh at this. I have worked on various industry & FAA working groups for last 18 years. We see these discrepancies flying, and now they're following me into the flight sim world! Gotta love it! Thanks for hunting this down! Again, kudos for HS CL650! Rich Boll

  7. Interesting. I wonder how they're measuring it. Wonder if it's some local magnetic disturbance that's not captured in the world magnetic model database.
