  4. Hi, with so limited VRAM of 1GB and all your addon setup, the graphic card has to decide which textures to keep in VRAM and which to transfer to RAM temporarily . Once you change your view, the textures actually stored in RAM needs to be transfered into VRAM, and this eats a lot of fps for a short moment, especially if there are no textures available to move to RAM, as all are in use. 50mb free VRAM is totally normal, as the graphic cards needs some space to juggle with textures. If you use something like GPUZ, then you can see that if the VRAM hits the limit, it will instantly drop some content to free a minimum of VRAM space. You will have loaded a lot more then 1GB of textures (inclusive processing while rendering - Anti aliasing and others), but till some point you are lucky, that only 1GB are in use at the same time. If this is no longer the case, and more then 1GB is needed, fps drops rapidly. Best, Michael

  6. I want to thank you IXEG for this aircraft Bought it on monday and at the begining was disappointed with FMC freezing problems for such money.... After resolving the problem with antivirus slowing down the processing of FMC started testing the plane and simply fell in love The lights, sounds, modeling and handflying are awesome! During second flight I was able to make a pattern over LOWI at night - it made me smile Actually flying on IVAO to GCXO X-plane 11 (after fixing APU issue). Keep the best work men! Cheers

  7. On the eve of V4 I want to take the time to thank the community for your continued support of our products. Speaking for myself, I started down this path years ago with my first release "UrbanMAXX"..... Since then I partnered up with SunDog and X-Aviation and our offerings grew to give you the very best experiences in X-Plane.... I started in the world of flight sim with FS9 and then X-Plane 9 with no intent of becoming a developer.... Once I got ahold of X-Plane 10 I fully realized the potential for this platform and was put off by the lack of development.... UrbanMAXX was born out of the idea that X-Plane could be better and why the hell not ,I'm going to be a positive influence and do my best to help.... Those days are long gone and X-Plane 11 is currently driving towards the front of the pack at a rapid pace....I like to think we had a big hand in pushing them over that divide and I am still really excited about being a part of this awesome franchise..... But we wouldn't be here if it wasnt for you guys. Again I want to thank you for supporting us through the years and we hope to be there supporting your hobby for many years to come.... 9. Hi Ben, if my hardware plugins are just crap I´m wondering why they are working well with all my other planes... Following discussion and comments within other forums I learned, that Gizmo problems are arising mainly in using saitek hardware, particularly xsaitek-modification by Bill Sparker. You mentioned at one passage stack overflow. Although not beeing professional programmer I can well imagine what you mean. Wouldn´t it make sense to get deeper into this issue and maybe search contact with Sparker? My wishes are very simple. You offer an extraordinary 737 what I like a lot. Saitek (now Logitech) delivers inexpensive hardware what can be used in x plane with xsaitek modification, and Virtual Avionics sells some outstanding MCP / EFIS products at a fair price. There are many other enthusiasts like me who have the same idea to get all that stuff working together without any problems. Well, since VA modified their Interface I´m very happy with IXEG737. Using only LNAV at MCP and not switching too much or too fast at EFIS I didn´t get any Gizmo alert since new Interface. So, for me, I´m very close to get all my wishes to come true... Regards Lissy

  12. Hi WR269, you're absolutely right. The A310 is equipped with an alpha-floor-protection and also some other means of overstress protection such as a thrust limit protection. When I read 'Airbus fbw laws' I was thinking of features such as constant pitch and constant role, which don't apply to the classic Airbus fleet. Cheers, Martin

  13. Sorry for the delayed answer. The project is definitely not dead it's just progressing at a slower pace at the moment. The reason for that is my newly born daughter who takes up nearly all of my and my wife's time. For those of you still interested in the project I attached a picture showing the current status of the overhead panel. Please feel free to leave a comment if you like. Take care Martin
