THEY'RE HERE Well, some of them. I just got these beauts in the mail today (10 of them). They may not look exactly right for 737 autopilot buttons, but hey, for about 40 cents apiece, who am I to complain? Amazon is a great place. In other news I received this: Fun fact: Windows 10 doesn't agree with an old analog yoke. However, I will be starting my video series of constructing this joke of a cockpit with converting this thing over to a modern USB device. Also something that I don't have a picture of is the keyboard for my FMC... because it uses my tablet. I'll be using XFMC, and droidpad with a custom control layout as the keyboard as well as communication control buttons. That is all for today.

Hi Facu - Try removing the malformed METAR file, then disconnect from internet to avoid x-plane download it again, open x-plane, switch off real works weather. connecta back to internet. Done. Now you should be able to use X-Plane again. try again in a few hours to enable back real world weather and see in the new metar is not corrupt.

As for future suggestions, I think sky colours will go a long way. You do have sky colours but they are not selected by default and are particular to certain areas, weather situations and time of day. I'm not saying you should get rid of these textures, just add some all round nice sky colours that work all around the world. Another suggestion is different coloured clouds. I know you have this implemented but it is like tile load (all clouds in the same tile load are the same colour). Maybe we could have different colours in the same tile? Good transitions? But definitely, I'd say these should be in v4.

Enough. The likely cause is a bad METAR entry from the download source. Everyone would get the same crash at the same time because the bad entry is causing the parse to fly off the handle. We have measures in place to hopefully solve this going forward, but please quit with the inundating of threads like this.
