Radios and ATIS

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say first off that I'm loving this airplane.  The sounds, the 3D cockpit, the detail with systems modelling is all very impressive.

I'm still learning this airplane, so forgive me if this question is a little premature, but when I tune to any  ATIS frequency on my COMMS panel, I don't get the text or audio of the weather.

I went through the checklist a few times, I made sure to reset the generators before switching them to on, and all avionics switches are on.  All lights on the overhead are extinguished.

I made sure to make the frequency I tuned active as well, obviously.

Does this work fine for everyone else?   The frequency I tuned to was from Lihue airport, Kauai.  127.2.  I tried it in the Bell 407 and the frequency works.

Anyway, any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Kris

To get the audio you have to enable speaker volume for the comm1 & 2, look at captain's left side panel below the side window. There are a series of sliders. Crank up the 2 sliders on the left upper corner of the panel. They are labeled COMM1 COMM2

Text atis is an xplane feature. Go to settings->sounds->enable text atis
