Crj200 Jrollon battery switch on but light display off

Hello, I'm new to the forum, I bought the CRJ200 a few days ago but after a smooth installation and registration of the product in either engine running, in both dark & could modal, after the battery switch the display of the CRJ200 remain dark.

I searched the forum a possible answer but could not find anything about it.

~~If I remember correctly, the battery switch doesn't turn on the displays - you need APU or external power for that.~~

Please read the manual!!! You turn on the battery and your EICAS display turns on. Then you either connect the GPU through the FMS or you start the APU and switch on the APU gen!!

Another issue could be that you loaded another aircraft before, that had its displays dark. Just load a default plane and set the display brightness to max and then load the CRJ if the first recommendation doesn't work out.

dear swissCyul, maybe I did not explain well, pressing the battery master switches have no effect, the manual I read it perfectly : " Once you put Battery on, the 2 central displays will appear and a warning and caution light will flash".... this does not happen, no light and no sound especially.

Looking at x-plane plugin admin panel CRJ200 plugin is off, I think the problem is that. Your second option is to exclude because the CRJ200 is default plane .I have attached log.txt, are there errors?.... Thanks

There are a lot of conflicts in your log.txt. The aircraft doesn't seem to load properly and GIZMO has also some problems... I can't really help you with that anymore since i am not a plugin expert. Did you really click and drag the switch or only press it? And by default plane I mean a standard X-Plane aircraft that are included with it. So the 747-400 United, C172, or the Baron 58

I have similar problems, the CRJ200 plugin is off, as I understand it the only solution is to upgrade to x-plane 10?

Oh, you should have mentioned that you are on X-Plane 9... Did you request the aircraft for version 9 when you bought it? If not it's no wonder that the CRJ doesn't work...

Something is not right here if you say your CRJ plugin is not loaded in the plug-in admin. It sounds like you have some kind of a weird conflict going.

Remove the following temporarily and see what happens after doing so:

I disabled fjcc_ufmc, SimplePushback, Autogate plugins but did not change anything !!!!! The Crj200 plungin is always disabled as you can see from the attached files .....

I don't know what you're talking about. Every support ticket of yours has been responded to except for the mass of log.txt files you send in every day with NO other words from yourself. There seems to be a language barrier there. I didn't ask you to do that.

I am not about to get into some kind of back and forth about this. You are receiving support here, and you have received responses in all of your support tickets. That's very easy to show. That said, you opening a bunch of new support tickets on the daily with no dialog except a copied and pasted log file does nothing for either of us. I would propose you quit arguing and begin trying to figure things out when others try to help, myself included.

You have an issue on your machine that I cannot ever recall seeing. You'll need to help and use trial and error to figure out why your plugin is showing disabled on your machine. Are you able to select the checkbox and turn it on yourself?

The avionics-plugin 1.4.5 which is disabled works in 64-bit mode only. As I see in your log.txt that you are using XPlane 9 32-bit, you have to upgrade to XPlane 10 and use the CRJ-200 in 64-bit mode.

I had the same problem when I used XPlane 9.70 months ago.

Jode I thank you for your interest, first CRJ200 purchase I asked if he could work with XP9, X-Aviation has confirmed. I did a test with the demo XP10 but it does not change anything at both 32 and 64-bit, CRJ200 plugin is disabled.

Sorry, version 1.4.5 is as Cameron mentioned 32-bit only. I remember now that it worked till OSX Mountain Lion (32-bit) but not under Mavericks (64-bit). Due to the log.txt you are working with OSX Mavericks (version 10.9.5). I had under Mavericks (64-bit) the same problem as you and used for a short time with X-Plane 9.70 before I switched to XPlane 10 and old version of the CRJ-200 (1.2 series). With X-Plane 10 and Mavericks/Yosemite, I'm using here the CRJ-200 version 1.5.3 64bit.

Conclusion:

- till OSX Mountain Lion and X-Plane 9 you can use version 1.4.x

- Since Mavericks and Yosemite X-Plane 10 and the 1.5.x series

Your OS is the source of the problem here, Norky. In that case you'll need XP10 with Yosemite as your OS.

Yosemite update now can not, I-mac 28 is shared with my son, indeed I am your host . My son uses mechanical design software and OS update would not want to create problems. I have a mac I-mac 22, I could upgrade to Yosemite to do this test.
