Hi guys I've E-mailed you guys regarding my issue 48 hours ago now.

 

That's false. It was less than 24 hours ago now. But, please read below just as an FYI, even if this does not directly apply to you.

 

If you have e-mailed, please send it only once and know that questions will be answered in the order received. One is all it takes to get through to us, and multiple will move your support ticket to the bottom of the queue automatically. Thanks! :)
