What did you fly today?

VFR into LSMD in JRollon's JS32.   Running with SimHeaven's ortho scenery and World2Xplane data, UltraWX and SkyMaxx (not that it matters too much for these beyond the pretty haze layers), and alpilotx's dense forest and treelines and farms packages.  X-Plane is looking better every day.

While re-familiarizating myself with the Saab i decided to explore Central America for the first time in X-Plane.

San Jose, Costa Rica (MROC) to Bocas del Toro, Panama (MPBO)

PARAI 3 departure - crossing 5500 feet and turning right to intercept G440 airway

Working hard to cross PARAI at 15000 feet due mountains ... otherwise i would need to proceed via Limon VOR

Barely made it!

As a reward i can now set cruise power, sit back and enjoy the views ;]

Gear down, flaps 20 - descending to MDA of 600ft on VOR/DME approach runway 26

After landing in Bocas del Toro - enjoying the views again ;]
