File Name: Boeing 767-200ER PW 4000 Model AL

File Submitter: Michael_Chang

File Submitted: 25 Oct 2012

File Category: Heavy Metal

X-Plane Version(s): X-Plane 9

The upload Saga continues

This is the Boeing 767-200ER with Pratt and Whitney PW 4000 engines and a large cargo door at the front. The plane comes with many nice features and two liveries, Air Canada "frosted leaf" and Air Canada "silver bullet". Inside the package, there is a manual, THIS MANUAL IS VERY IMPORTANT AND YOU SHOULD READ IT FOR FLYING. If you own the 767-200 non ER, all the data is the same except for the highest efficiency flight rules.

Features:

Ground servicing stairs (activated by sliders)

detailed and accurate animations, including special steering, canting gears and dynamic wingflex

Dynamic lighting, activated by switches

Custom sounds by Jerry Ng

Detailed exterior model by Hiroshi Igami

Normal mapping by Peter Tram

flight model by Michael Chang, tested by a boeing pilot

The plane also comes with a 2d panel that SHOULD be pretty easy to follow. The manual also details how the plane should be flown.

Liveries for this aircraft should be shown to me first, and the file must specify which model of aircraft it is for (A, B, AL, BL, AWL, BWL) if you are unsure, please feel free to ask.

Credits:

Michael Chang: Animations, flight model

Hiroshi Igami: exterior model, guidance

Peter Tram: texture work and normal maps

Jerry Ng: sounds

Philip Foglar: original base textures, some liveries in other aircrafts

NO MODIFICATION OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE AIRCRAFT IS ALLOWED UNLESS ALL OF THE ABOVE PEOPLE GIVE WRITTEN CONSENT OF SUCH ACTIONS. ALSO, PLEASE BE SURE TO TURN OF THE YAW DAMPER IN FLIGHT OR ELSE YOUR PLANE WILL HAVE AN EPILEPTIC SEIZURE.

Also, we're working on some special liveries for the next few 767s, get ready for awesomeness, here's what to expect:

767-300

ANA pokejet JA8288

767-300ER

Air Canada free spirit frosted and black

Enjoy the flight!

Michael Chang

Hi, I'm pretty new to this but I just downloaded it and moved it into the correct folder and everything (I did this with another aircraft and it works fine), but for this aircraft it doesn't show up in X-Plane.

Operating system is Windows, version is X-Plane 11.25.

Thanks in advance :)

I too have this issue.

At the time I posted, I was new to X-Plane 11, coming straight from Prepar3D after raging out because of P3D's constant ooms and CTD's. I never looked back......tried FS2020......just more FSX with Eye candy generated on top of it. Went back to XP11. In love with the Zibo......the only plane i fly. The main reason i purchased XP11? I got back complete control of MY cameras, resulting in shots like these:
