Scottybs Posted April 8 Report Posted April 8 Hi, XP12 I can’t get the cockpit / panel lighting to be completely off. there are the two down lights that you can pivot and I can’t see where you turn those off. also the panel always appears to be lit by some source even when it is dark outside with no external lighting. I have turned all the cabin and galley lighting off. Any ideas ? Scott Quote
Litjan Posted April 9 Report Posted April 9 Hi Scott, The down lights are probably the map lights - you can turn those buttons all the way to off (in reality you push them in to turn them off, then turn them left-right to adjust intensity). I am not sure about the panel being always lit, some ideas are the "emergency exit lights" or the "cockpit dome light" being on? Quote
Scottybs Posted April 9 Author Report Posted April 9 Hi, Thanks for following up. I have included a screenshot. I have turned the dome light off - all other panel lights are down or off - Just to confirm how to turn off the maps lights? - I dont think it is them. All cabin lighting is off - seatbelts are on - emerg lighting is off as well. Scott Quote
Litjan Posted April 9 Report Posted April 9 Take a look at the big round white light fixtures behind the copilots seat - are they lit? Quote
Vanadeo Posted April 14 Report Posted April 14 (edited) Just in case you didn't find it, that's the map light Knob. Edited April 14 by Vanadeo 1 Quote
Litjan Posted April 16 Report Posted April 16 (edited) Just got home - this is the cockpit with all lights turned down (except for the EFIS screens and CDUs): Edited April 16 by Litjan Quote
