Could you try an access https://aeronav.faa.gov/d-tpp/2113/xml_data/d-TPP_Metafile.xml in your browser, and see what it says? I get a wall of code is what I see when I go to that link, if that's what I'm suppose to see... then maybe there is a conflicting plugin?
