Myself Steve (Captain) and Cooper (First Officer) of Torquesim. 1) Drop the ppl folder into the Hot Start CL650 object folder. It should look like the image below. 2) In planemaker via Misc Objects you should add the pilots obj with the coordinates shown in the image.
