What are folks using for brake mapping? The usual 'Hold brakes regular.' and 'Hold brakes maximum.' do not seem to be working.

Hold commands are not currently implemented, will be available in the next update.  The "v" key and "b" key do currently work.

Also the manual says that in VS mode vertical speed can be adjusted with the pitch wheel on the auto pilot control panel.  Which particular mapping would that be?

The pitch wheel is controlled by a dataref manipulator which requires a drag. We may include some commands in the next update to manage this.

@cloose you can bind joystick buttons or the keyboard to the generic X-Plane autopilot pitch up and down commands, and they work in the SAAB.  And if interested, and you want the autopilot heading bug sync back, you can bypass the les commands, and bind a button or key to the generic AP sync too.  No need to wait on an update.
