dr_anthony
Engine Fire Warning Switch is not simulated in IXEG 737 correctly. According to FCOM: Ok. Go to the our aircraft: Fuel valve closed - OK Hyd shutoff valve closed - OK Eng hyd pump LOW PRESS light deactivates - OK Eng bleed air valve not closed - Fail Thrust reverser not disabled - Fail Gen cntl relay not trips off - Fail All tests have been done in air, except thrust rev Edited September 8, 2019 by dr_anthony
Litjan
Your observations are correct - there is an entry in our bug-fix-list to correct these. For the operation of the aircraft these deficiencies have no effect, however, since with the engine shut down: Operating the reverser will have no effect on thrust The engine delivers no bleed air, so the position of the bleed valve has no effect (we don´t simulate the possible contamination of the air supply with smoke/fire retardant gas) The engine driven generator will drop off-line very soon when N2 decays, so the Control Relay tripping would have no effect Cheers, Jan

dr_anthony
Would be correct in 1.3.1?
Litjan
Mostly. The reverser will be disabled and the generator breaker will be openend. The bleed air off is not implemented yet... Jan
Litjan
Well, for the bleed air I could say that it works - the engine isn´t putting out any pressure anyway so there is no way to really confirm this ;-) Chees, Jan
