Change your X-Aviation password to something alphanumeric. No special characters.

Hi Goran_M, here comes a new problem: I couldn't activate the x-aviation license even though I've tried to reset my password. The screenshot is attached.

Your anti virus is blocking gizmo from contacting the license server via http.

Well, I didn't install an anti-virus in this PC. Is there any other possibilities? Since I could activate the aircraft successfully when it was v1.1.8,  but when it comes to v1.1.9, it fails.

Can you think of anything you may have done?  Have you installed it on another computer of yours and run out of activations?

I'm not accusing you of anything, but did you MAYBE install a copy on a friends computer?

There is nothing in the activation that has changed from 1.1.8, so this is something that has 100% happened on your end.

Well, you remind me of something: since previously I encountered the problem of downloading the new version just as the very first screenshot in this topic. Before i reset my x-aviation password, I deleted my whole tbm-900 files(including uninstall.exe and other related files). Then I used another PC of mine to download the tbm-900 installer from the x-aviation to see if it worked. But I have never run that installer with that PC, because when I was about to do so, I just got your advice on resetting my password. So I just did as you said and downloaded the v1.1.9 using the origin PC. I don't know if it's because I downloaded the installer using another PC that caused the problem. If yes, i apologize for that. And would you please tell me if there's anything I can do to get my planes back? Thank you.

Seems that no one is willing to help with this annoyance. Is there anything I can do @-@

Two people helping isn't no one.

Just because you don't like the answers or that it takes time to figure out doesn't mean you have to be rude.

hello Goran, I left a message there, but days pass and there is no reply. Is there any other thing I can do? I am so desperate now. Will it help if I reinstall The X-Aviation and the aircrafts inside? Or can I try to activate The X-Aviation with another PC to see if the problem is just caused by my computer? Pleeease help, Mr Kind!

Did you get a return email with a support ticket number?  How long ago did you contact X-Aviation?  Did you send more than 1 email?

Yes I’ve got the ticket number #GV631, I left the message on 2nd May. I just left one message there.
