I'm guessing here:

* Preparing Aircraft - NAVIGATION lights

* Before startup or pushback - ANTI-COLLISION lights

* Taxi - TAXI and left and right RUNWAY TURNOFF lights

* Crossing/entering runway - STROBE lights

* Before takeoff - Inner LANDING lights to ON, TAXI lights to OFF

* Climbing FL100 Transition - Turn OFF inner landing lights and left and right RWY TURNOFF

* Descending FL100 Transition - Turn ON inner LANDING lights and left and right RWY TURNOFF

* Approaching runway - Extend and turn ON outer LANDING lights

* Exiting runway - Turn ON TAXI lights, retract and turn OFF LANDING lights, turn off STROBE lights

* Approaching gate - Turn off TAXI and RWY TURNOFF lights

* Shutting down engines - Turn off ANTI-COLLISION lights

Wing and logo lights may be set whenever if it is dark.

SOP:

- Navigation light on all times if crew is on board and aircraft powered

- Logolights on when applicable (dark) and <10.000 feet

- Turn on Anti collision as a warning for ground personell before spooling engines

- Taxi light on all times when taxiing and switching off before turnin into parking position (thats nice for the ground persons)

- Runway Turnoff everytime when needed (dark and not an apron where you don't have airport lights)

- Strobe and Landinglight on before starting takeoff roll (doing lights and chronometer to run the same time while wating for spoolup to 40% N1)

Do NOT use turnoff and landing light the same time for more than 5 minutes or you'll light up the bulbs.

- Turn off Taxi light after gear up

- Switch off all lights but strobe, nav and collision when reaching 10.000 feet.

Wheel well is used only for ground check or by maintenance personell.

The outboard landing lights are only used at night.
