<p>
	Ref: Order Number: 139332
</p>

<p>
	I downloaded a copy of "State of Florida" on Saturday 25 November, 2023 for $29.95.
</p>

<p>
	After many attempts to find the download I was successful in downloading the installer. As suggested I added a folder to my X-Aviation folder named "RealScenery Downloads” ( I was told to add it anywhere on my computer so I thought I'd keep everything together ). I installed the scenery package in my X-Plane folder as instructed and used the RealScenery Downloads folder also as instructed.
</p>

<p>
	There is no reference to my installation of the State of Florida anywhere in my X-Plane folder except a folder to Uninstall (&lt;!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-). This folder named &lt;!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “- also appears in the RealScenery Downloads folder that I was instructed to add.
</p>

<p>
	I see no zip files or any reference to the Florida files in any folder in X-Plane. I don't see any difference in the scenery and don't know if It's even installed.
</p>

<p>
	How can I tell if It's installed? Did I do something wrong?
</p>

<p>
	Thanks, Guys
</p>

<p>

<p>
	Just purchased this package but do not see any guidance on arranging the numerous packs included within scenery_packs.ini. I've worked very hard to get my scenery_packs in a great working order for the multiple airports, landmarks, scenery packs and libraries I have, so do NOT want to try to let XP auto-generate the ini file following install of your files and screw everything up. Therefore:
</p>

<ol><li>
		Suggestions on how these folders are classified (mesh, orthos, overlays, landmarks, libraries, airports, etc.) so that I can edit the scenery_packs.ini file and try this purchase.
	</li>
	<li>
		The sales page says that the scenery pack includes approx. 13 airports. However, I do not see any airport scenery packs/folders post install. Where are those airport files?
	</li>
	<li>
		Are the extraneous IndexMap_xxx.jpg files and the User Guide html file and subdirectory actually supposed to be in the custom scenery directory?
	</li>
</ol><p>
	Thanks. Hoping this is a worthwhile scenery pack.

	Aloha ,

<p>
	I asked for support  on August 11th. via the leave a message on the X-Aviation web site but have had no reply.
</p>

<p>
	My hard disk went down and I need to re-download my  real scenery titles. Oahu,  Phoenix, Tucson, and Arizona  I read somewhere that I need to pay $5 per scenery package. That's OK but I do not know how or were to pay?
</p>

<p>

	Hey Guys,
</p>

<p>
	I just purchased RealScenery Florida from X Aviation, and now I don’t see any buildings/objects on the airports. I’ve tried reinstalling but no help. I don’t see a configuration option anywhere. Anyone has any idea how to fix it? I created a support ticket, but I decided to post here and see if I can get a solution sooner. Thanks.

<p>
	For some reason, my download of the Washington State Real Scenery (which is excellent) seems to be missing the one-degree latitude / longitude rectangle whose immediate neighbors are Mt. St. Helens to the west, Yakima to the east, Hood River to the north, and Central Cascades to the south. The missing rectangle has, at its SW corner, latitude 46 north, and longitude 122 west.
</p>

<p>
	How can I get this missing piece of the Washington State scenery?
</p>

<p>
	Many thanks,

<p>
	Afternoon everyone,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I was just browsing some older threads about my issue but the solution there did not work for me.   I have x-plane 10 and use many RealScenery products.     Per the other thread about Phoenix,   it was suggested to remove the HR Ovelray folder     to get rid of the autogen,     so i tried that and reloaded x-plane,  but when at PHX,   the old style autogen still appears.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	My quesiton is what to do next-
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	1)  what else needs to be done to remove autogen from appearing completely?
</p>

<p>
	2) or what can be done to have current x-plane 10 autogen art assests appear vs old style repetive objects,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	see screen shots below  showing the overall issue and also the older art assets being used-     I have washington, Oahu, Tennesee , Arizona, also besides Phoenix HR
</p>

<p>
	thanks

<p>Posting this in another section, but this category seems more appropriate, sorry for the cross post.</p><p> </p><p>-----</p><p> </p><p>I purchased the State of Florida scenery pack on Friday. It started to download all the zip files perfectly through the RealScenery 1.3 OSX installer. After it was about halfway through my internet went down and the installer failed.</p><p> </p><p>After restarting the installer, I though I might be able to start the download where it left off. I chose the "Yes" option to reinstall a product. Every time I choose that option I get the message: </p><p> </p><p>"There has been an error. Error reading file ~/file_list.txt"</p><p> </p><p>Then the installer automatically quits.</p><p> </p><p>I chose to delete all the files I had already downloaded, restarting the installer, then choosing "No" as if I was installing everything for the first time. I punch in my login credentials and copy and past my download key into the installer and try to start it up again. Now every message I get is this after failing to download the first zip of the scenery package:</p><p> </p><p>"Download of Apalachicola.zip failed. Do you want me to retry?"</p><p> </p><p>Clicking retry is an endless loop of the same message, clicking "no" automatically closes the installer.</p><p> </p><p>I've reached out to x-aviation support, but have gotten no response whatsoever. Their twitter seems to be inactive since March of 2013, is there anything I can do on my own to try and get this fixed? </p><p> </p><p>Thanks! </p><div> </div>

<p>Hello-</p><p> </p><p>   I just purchased and installed Oahu scenery and installed it. Before I did that, I removed my PHNL and other custom Oahu files made by Frede. I then put them back into my custom scenery folder and started up x-plane. When I selected PHNL as my airport, all the airport scenery and associated with it by frede wouldn't show up. I'm trying to use both. What did I do wrong and how do I fix it? The terrain files by Real Scenery are amazing but I want to keep the buildings and other 3D objects that Frede has made too. Am I asking too much?</p>
