I've been enjoying the latest update for the last few days and just encountered my first real problem. It was impossible to remove one of the pins from the nose door area. I tried reloading the game and trying to modify the relevant dataref and it still wouldn't be removed. As I couldn't shut the nose door I therefore had to abandon the airframe and create a new one.

It looks like it was clipping through the aircraft but don't know if that was the problem. It was the 'middle' one of the three in that area.

At the start of my latest flight from RJTT (using payware scenery), the fuel truck never arrived, despite requesting it at the EOB and again over the phone. I am wondering if it is an issue with the scenery stopping it from coming and/or AI aircraft nearby (Traffic Global)? I don't really remember it happening in the past, but it might have. In the end I used the refuel panel via the menu.

I am not sure why is that when I try to run the CL650 on X12 it crashes. I was from my system 3 days when it was running smoothly. I certaintly can run it on X11 but not on X12. Does anyone have any idea why? Can it be the lates Steam update? If it is, are there any ways to remove the update? It is an expensive module and reaching out to the seller is complicated. The crash takes me to the beginning and no notifications appears as to why it crashed. It just returns to the play screen in Steam. Please assist.

On RNAV (RNP) Y approach to runway 19 at KJAC, had a CTD early in the approach. X-Plane log shows "download WAAS API data: data parsing error". Flight originated in KDEN using a saved state (see .zip file below). Aircraft version 1.9.0. Navigraph data AIRAC cycle 2604. Neglected to update to 2605. I have done at least ten flights recently, some with RNAV approach without any CTD. But some of those took place after the Navigraph data expired on 14 May and no crash was suffered. Could be the specific KJAC RNAV (RNP) Y Rwy 11 data. I'll try the flight again but with up to date Navigraph data.

Apologies for the messy log.txt file -- it's livery spam, a bug already reported to Laminar. It happens when one has a lot of airports and ortho. But everything works OK despite the spam. It doesn't cause any of my aircraft to crash.

there seems to be an issue with the fonts on Mac, see attached picture. I'm running latest MacOS 26.3.1 (a), X-Plane 12.4.2 Beta. This is the only section I've seen it, all other text looks good.

When I am seated in the cockpit, APU running, all the screens (MFD, PFD, CDU, etc) are blank. I can click on them to see that they are actually on, but they don't show up in the overall cockpit view.

My XPlane 12 install is from Steam (v12.4.2) and the recently-purchased Hotstart 650 is v1.9.

90% of the time i load in a saved state that is in flight it behaves something like this. At first glance it looks like it is in stable flight, but once the sim is unpaused for this flight it jumped to M.90, entered a dive, entered what seemed like a stall at M.80, before AP and AT could be disengaged and flown to a stable configuration.

Say intentions connectivity is not operating correctly. I can log in to the network via FANS, but ATIS and Clearances never arrive. ATIS seems to still be retrieving real-world, but not ATIS from SI. The ACARS log at https://acars.sayintentions.ai/ shows the responses are being sent. I eventually received confirmation that the clearance request was received, but nothing after that. Also, it's possible to request ATIS via telex on SI, which I did through SEND MSG - CONTACT MSG, which you can see was received by SI, but the ATIS message never arrives as well. I checked FANS MSG LOG, RCVD MSGS, and ATS LOG to confirm messages are not received.

	Hi everybody,

at first a very big thank you towards Hotstart for providing us with an update for this fantastic jet

However when updating to v1.9, I ran into an issue which seems to be caused by the Windows Smart App Control. At first the installer was not able to run the uninstaller for v1.8 as it was blocked by the Smart App control. After deactivating this smart feature in windows, I was able to uninstall v1.8 and install v1.9.

When loading the Challenger in XP12 however, I found myself directly inside the cockpit (not in the FBO), got an popup error massage regarding a "sound bar issue" and when switching to the outside view, the FBO was sitting literally on top of the challenger. So we know this from other addon planes, when loading is not proper due to missing licence informations, e.g. when loading for the first time.

It then turned out, that with having the Smart App Control deactived in Windows, the Challenger loaded porperly, I started in the FBO and everything works normal. Re-activating Smart App Control and restarting XP12, I unfortunately got the loading issues back.

I guess this might also be the cause for other reported loading issues in v1.9....

	Best regards

	Thomas

It feels like the HUD object that actually received the projection is not moving. Also I receive this message of several problems when loading .acf. I am running on X-Plane11 version, ver. 1.9, VRAM less than 6 GB. Could you look into it? Thanks!

	Hello,

I bought the Hotstart Challenger yesterday, and I now have a problem loading the plane. I already understand what happens: When I load the Challenger with the whole FBO mode on, and X-Camera is enabled, it crashes. When I remove X-Camera from my plugin folder, it works fine.

Now I don't know how to procede because x-camera is always enabled by default it seems. Even if I load into non-persistance mode, disable x-camera, and then reload the aircraft to go to the FBO, x-camera enables itself and I get the crash.

What can I do? I can't seem to be able to disable x-camera in x-plane 12 main menu, before I go to the FBO. Obviously not using x-camera is an option, but I'd like to use it.

	Thanks for all the help.
