	After a new fresh installation of the IXEG-737 Classic Plus on X-Plane 12, the lights are very bright. The images provided are in order of this process. On cold and dark all lights are off, then the battery is turned on (1st Photo) the the parking brake light is very bright, then the emergency lights are set to armed (2nd photo) with flood, panel, and dome lights all off, then the ground power is connected and turned on (3rd photo) and there is this super bright light emitting from the fuel gauge area. I removed and uninstalled the aircraft to perform another install but it still persists, how can I fix this?<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="png" data-fileid="41888" href="https://forums.x-pilot.com/uploads/monthly_2026_01/Annotation-2025-12-11-181443.png.695c4947b9249aac70a6073b60754ece.png" rel=""><img alt="Annotation-2025-12-11-181443.thumb.png.17e09e22c3862c32c6fe734123e1cb52.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="41888" data-ratio="56.30" width="1000" src="https://forums.x-pilot.com/uploads/monthly_2026_01/Annotation-2025-12-11-181443.thumb.png.17e09e22c3862c32c6fe734123e1cb52.png"></a><a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="png" data-fileid="41889" href="https://forums.x-pilot.com/uploads/monthly_2026_01/Annotation-2025-12-11-181456.png.0e1452982a2de5ac841a023dff1b86c2.png" rel=""><img alt="Annotation-2025-12-11-181456.thumb.png.20d8e7f7dc943a184931c8106c3b4b2c.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="41889" data-ratio="56.30" width="1000" src="https://forums.x-pilot.com/uploads/monthly_2026_01/Annotation-2025-12-11-181456.thumb.png.20d8e7f7dc943a184931c8106c3b4b2c.png"></a><a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="png" data-fileid="41890" href="https://forums.x-pilot.com/uploads/monthly_2026_01/Annotation-2025-12-11-180115.png.bfd1066c67a0cb437182ab65046f3cab.png" rel=""><img alt="Annotation-2025-12-11-180115.thumb.png.79a9080485f575e75ecf85d697665247.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="41890" data-ratio="56.30" width="1000" src="https://forums.x-pilot.com/uploads/monthly_2026_01/Annotation-2025-12-11-180115.thumb.png.79a9080485f575e75ecf85d697665247.png"></a>?

	Hi
</p>

<p>
	I was handflying the DKB4H SID from EDDS to DKB by following runway heading until crossing DKB radial 228 and turning then to 48° heading.
</p>

<p>
	So far so good. A/T and FD ON, starting and climbing with TOGA and trying to follow the magenta elevation line. This line however sometimes <u>jumped</u> all of a sudden from about 8° to about 15° elevation and then slowly went back to below 10° und jumped again. Did this several times. What did I mess up here ?
</p>

<p>
	Has anyone else seen this before and a hint what I made wrong ?
</p>

<p>
	And by the way : why is heading sel announced, since AP is off ?
</p>

<p>
	Regards

	Greetings all,
</p>

<p>
	1. Is there anywhere on the FMC where it shows the calculated fuel remaining at the destination?
</p>

<p>
	I can't seem to locate it.
</p>

<p>
	2. On the preflight page the maximum range that can be set is 2000 nm. Doesn't it have a range of upto 2375 nm.
</p>

<p>
	Just wondering.
</p>

<p>
	Thanks in advance.

	I love flying the B733 but I'm having a hard time getting the aircraft to capture the GS.

<p>
	 I'm on perfect approach with ILS frequency set, The GS marker reaches descend point but it just keep moving down. APP has been activated.
</p>

<p>
	Anyone else is having this issue? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe I'm missing a step in the procedure somewhere.

	Hey there, <br />
	<br />
	I am about to configure my home cockpit for the lovely 737 classic plus.<br />
	Maybe I am completely blind but even after a lot of requests to google, this forum and other friends I cannot find THE complete list of commands for the latest version of the 737.<br />

	<br />
	But when I look into the XP button assigment, I see plenty of others which I actually need (see screenshot below). Of course I could type them down reading from the screen but I'd like to have a list of these. Unfortunately DataRefTool does not help me to generate this list because it cannot detect all of them (mainly just these that you see in the listing above)

	Hi there,
</p>

<p>
	I assume I found a bug in the built-in commands to close the aircraft doors.<br />

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Situation</strong>:
</p>

<p>
	I want to open/close the passenger doors by using commands rather than the built in "Cabin Crew"-Dialog.
</p>

<p>
	If I use the "Cabin Crew" dialog by clicking "Open Forward Passenger Door" both opening and closing works as intended<br />
	When I use the built-in IXEG commands to do the same process I can open the door completely but not closing it completely (see screenshots)<br />
	These are the commands I use:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		ixeg/733/open_fwd_passenger_door
	</li>
	<li>
		ixeg/733/close_fwd_passenger_door
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	<strong>Some observations:</strong>
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		I see that there are 2 datarefs involved or at least related. I use DataRefTool to analyze the dataref states and commands
		<ul>
			<li>
				door movment ratio =&gt; ixeg/733/misc/front_passenger_door_ratio (0.0 means "door closed", 1.0 mans "door opened")
			</li>
			<li>
				(i assume) door handle actuator =&gt;ixeg/733/manips/front_passenger_door_handle_act (I assume 0.0 means "door closed", 1.0 mans "door opened" here as well)
			</li>
		</ul>
	</li>
	<li>
		as expected, In both ways of closing the door (via command and via clicking the checkbox in the IXEG menu) the dataref ixeg/733/misc/front_passenger_door_ratio changes according to the door position
	</li>
	<li>
		I notice that <em>ixeg/733/manips/front_passenger_door_handle_act</em> is only changed if the "Cabin Crew" Dialog is used but not if I use the close command.
	</li>
	<li>
		When I close the door via the command ixeg/733/close_fwd_passenger_door <strong>the closing process stops at ixeg/733/misc/front_passenger_door_ratio == 0.36</strong> (I expected 0.0 here)
	</li>
	<li>
		the behaviour is the same with all other doors I tested.
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	<strong>Documentation</strong>:
</p>

<p>
	I tried to document both the aircraft visuals + the commands / datarefs / menu state with screenshots. That way you see how the datarefs change during the tests. Screenshots 01-04 cover the open/close cycle via the checkbox click, screenshots 05-08 cover the copen/close cycle via the IXEG commands. Please find them attached:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		01 - screenshot taken some seconds after clicking the "<em>Open Forward Passenger Door</em>" checkbox in the IXEG cabin crew menu
	</li>
	<li>
		02 - screenshot taken after the door has opened completely
	</li>
	<li>
		03 - screenshot taken some seconds after clicking the "<em>Open Forward Passenger Door</em>" checkbox again in the IXEG cabin crew menu to close the door
	</li>
	<li>
		04 - screenshot taken after the door has closed completely
	</li>
	<li>
		05 - screenshot taken some seconds after actuating the <em>ixeg/733/open_fwd_passenger_door</em> command from within DataRefTool
	</li>
	<li>
		06 - screenshot taken after the door has opened completely
	</li>
	<li>
		07 - screenshot taken some seconds after actuating the <em>ixeg/733/close_fwd_passenger_door</em> command from within DataRefTool
	</li>
	<li>
		08 - screenshot taken after closing procedued stopped wth the door still open a bit
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	<strong>Conditions</strong>:
</p>

<p>
	The aircraft is in go-around state at this test<br />
	I am running on the latest IXEG 737-300 on XP 12.2.0 RC1
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Any help / recommondation would be awesome!
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Best,
</p>

<p>
	Stephan

	Hi everyone,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	For a while now I've suffered this issue where, once airborne, every once in a while the FMC will freeze. The best way I can describe is as if a filter of that menu was overlayed on the FMC itself. The FMC still works, don't get me wrong, but say I press the DES page it goes there and automatically gets stuck overlayed on the FMC. If I then press PROG I will still see the DES page with thick lettering, but also the PROG page in the back. Attached you'll find  an image of several pages overlayed.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Any ideas?

	Hi all
</p>

<p>
	I have installed the IXEG 737 in my new PC and once activated I cannot set the aircraft in Clod&amp;Dark mode. Other two buttons are clickeable, but Cold&amp;Dark button (first in the left) no, nothing happens.
</p>

<p>
	All orher buttons and configuration windows works fine.
</p>

<p>
	Any idea?

<p>
	Thank you

	Hi, Just bought 733 the other day &amp; trying to set up Honeycomb throttle.
</p>

<p>
	At present to get reverse thrust it will only work when I assign No 1 &amp; 2 to toggle max reverse thrust.
</p>

<p>
	With other a/c I can assign No 1 &amp; 2 to toggle reverse thrust which will engage idle rev thrust, then I move levers to increase rev thrust if required.
</p>

<p>
	Any ideas?

<p>
	Hello all
</p>

<p>
	Recently purchased the IXEG 737 classic since I'm a real life pilot (PPL, working towards my ATP) and because of this I'm a massive hardcore systems simmer. I do checklists according to the real FCOM &amp; the 737 by IXEG is my PMDG for me for X-Plane.
</p>

<p>
	Now the IXEG 737 isn't perfect (nothing ever really is) the FMC does not have full functionality and I can live with that for now, hoping IXEG will release an update in the future which I believe they will after reading previous threads.
</p>

<p>
	The problem I have now is that I program the FMC according to real world procedures, inserting the coroute &amp; completing the PERF INIT &amp; TAKEOFF page, however it shows the LEGS on the PROGRESS PAGE<strong> but does not show the destination AIRPORT &amp; the fuel remaining</strong>. I followed procedures from the FCOM &amp; memory and I haven't had this issue with other aircraft either in X-Plane or P3D.
</p>

<p>
	Now I know the FMC is not complete (hopefully, Yet) but there must be something I missed? I don't have much experience with the 737 classic especially in X-Plane so can anyone recommend any ideas?
</p>

	Not too many visitors here these days, but I'll give it a go :-) ...
</p>

<p>
	Is there a way to use the LVL CHG option in XP11? If I engage it to descend from cruise altitude, the aircraft more or less falls from the sky - it is descending at 6000ft/min (or more: that's as high as the gauge shows) within five seconds. Even if I reduce the SPD value first, the descent rate is basically 'plummet'; and of course, overspeed quickly follows. I always have to resort to engaging and setting V/S to descend.
</p>

<p>
	Thanks.
</p>

	I've just bought this addon and while trying to set it up, I'm stuck. The thrust levers in the aircraft aren't responding to my hardware (Bravo throttle quadrant). I set up a new controller profile in X-plane 12. Other addons are perfectly working (Zibo, MD11, etc).
</p>

<p>
	Even when i try to click and drag the thrust levers in the aircraft using the mouse, nothing is moving.
</p>

<p>
	I tried to uninstall and install again, nothing.

	How to enter Payload ZFW = 143511 lbs. and Block Fuel = 12284 with IXEG 737. I entered the numbers on the XP12 Payload and Fuel, but the plane didn't take-off as intended, too heavy.

	I purchased the 737-300, installed it but when I run the simulation the aircraft loads but I have no access to the preferences menu that comes out of the left of the screen.  I have uninstalled and installed the aircraft multiple times to no avail.  The menu that appears from the right of the screen works.  Also every time the aircraft loads I have to enter my email address and password.  Any solution?  When the aircraft loads it has the PFD and battery on but no sounds.  Thank you.

<p>
	Hello,<br />
	I am training SID, TRANS and STAR procedures with different a/c.<br />
	The standard databse is    X-Plane 12\Resources\default data\CIFP    with my training area LFSB.dat.<br />
	IXEG FMS uses              X-Plane 12\Aircraft\X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic Plus\fmc_data\SidStar    (with LFSB.xml).<br />
	There is a difference in the ARINC 424 Path and Terminator code sequences between both databases.<br />
	I would like to use X-Plane 12\Resources\default data\CIFP database for the IXEX B733, too.<br />
	Just deleting LFSB.xml doesn't work. IXEG B733 will not see LFSB.dat.<br />
	How can I make IXEG B733 to use  X-Plane 12\Resources\default data\CIFP  ?
</p>

<p>
	Thank you very much

<p>
	Morning All,
</p>

<p>
	Been trying to fly this aircraft a few times now, without success.
</p>

<p>
	When I first bought the aircraft, I had no issues and when I upgraded to the new version again no issues until recently.<br />
	Whenever I try to taxi the aircraft, the aircraft will not move forward or right, but the aircraft will move left using the tiller.
</p>

<p>
	Also having issues using Better Pushback where after brake release, it will not move backwards and this is using the new version of BP which has been recently released and upgraded for XP12.
</p>

<p>
	I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

	Hardware:

	Saitek Rudder Pedals

<p>
	Hello,
</p>

<p>
	I seriously consider purchasing the 737 Classic, obviously for its overall top quality and fidelity, but mostly because it seems to have what an immense majority of X-Plane aircrafts don't have : a fully functional weather radar.
</p>

<p>
	I may have misinterpreted, but from what I've seen on several YouTube videos, the product is shipped with a true 3D weather radar, reacting like a real unit (tilt, gain, etc... implemented and having effect on the depicted ND overlay). This is a true "game changer" to me, because it totally breaks the immersion when you are flying "blind" through a big cell at night and encounter unanticipated severe turbulence, icing, etc...
</p>

<p>
	I mostly saw reviews under XP11, hence my question to the developers : could you confirm that 1- The weather radar is fully functional and 2- Does it works the same way in XP11 and XP12 ?
</p>

<p>
	Thanks in advance and congratulations for this great product
</p>

<p>
	Best regards,
</p>

	I have no sounds, I don't understand. I've just installed the new 1.5.2 update and ground power has no effect. In the xp12 sounds parameter, the external and internal volume bars are at the extreme minimum, I try to put the bars at maximum volume, it always comes back minimum.<br />
	Need help please.

<p>
	Hi there
</p>

<p>
	I wanted to take off during snowy/icy conditions and there seems to be a problem. Because of the ice-accumulation, the weight of the aircraft was so high, that it was impossible to lift off. And as far as i know there is no option to de-ice the acf before take off? So my question is: what can we do to take off safely during such conditions?<br /><br />
	I saw that this was already an issue years ago:

	Morning,
</p>

<p>
	Does anyone have a working profile for SAM GroundService?
</p>

<p>
	The one from XP11 does not work as SAM does not recognise it unfortunately.
</p>

<p>
	Thanks!
