Installing G500

I recently purchased the G500, downloaded it and installed it to my local x-plane directory. I followed the instructions included, and opened the aircraft in X-Plane, then logged in to X-Pilot when the plane loaded. What I need to do in order to make this worth anything is add the G500 to my 2D instrument panel, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how. The G500 does not appear in the instrument list in PlaneMaker. I can add the G1000, Avidine panels, GTN 430/530 etc., that seems to be included with PlaneMaker, but the G500 I just bought is nowhere to be found.

Any help will be appreciated.

Not sure what changed but I just kept running the installer over and over and it finally completed the install!

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum but have been flying X-Plane since the original release way back on DVD's..

I purchased the LEC DC-3 V2 today but cannot get the X-Aviation installer to complete and am looking for some help. I've put in a support ticket on X-Aviation as well but thought I would ask the community if anyone else is having an issue.

I have tried several times now but the installer for the LEC DC-3 will not complete on my system. I have tired re-downloading the installer, turning off any third-party programs running (Razor App), turning off all of my firewall stuff in Windows Defender, and using a different directory for the download.

I am selecting the X-Plane main folder each time as per the installer instructions and my internet service is solid. Attached is the error message I get and my system info if that helps.

SR22 CTD on loading

Trying to fly the SR22 Entgra after update to 12.4. Uninstalled inclded with the X-aviation download and reinstalled the aircraft today. Same results. I've attached the log for your veiwing. It appears to be a fault with an embedded plugin with the aircraft.

Good evening,

I need help entering ATC information into the MCDU of the Laminar a330-300.

Situation: Flying in Germany. Contacted ATC of an airport and requested ILS approach to say RWY 10 of EDDN. Autopilot is engaged and following the entered flight plan.

ATC instructs me to head to "NUB.I10".

I found the VOR NUB which is located in the vicinity of the runway. Guessing that I(ndia)10 is some kind of fix, I read about how to enter a fix related to a VOR (NUB in this case). A radial seemed to make sense to me even though it most probably will not be rounded to tenths.

However, the autopilot turns away from the runway as I approach the radial 100.

I either mess up the programming or, more likely, don't know what I am doing at all :/ Could also bei both.

Since I don't find any information or tutorial in which such instruction appears, I hope to find help here.

Hey guys,

I just purchased the X-Aviation G5 Instrument app for Xplane.... I installed it where it said to install it (xplane folder) and now it loads the log in screen and I can select the C172 Aircraft with the G5 but when I go to fly, it crashed Xplane. Also I don't know how to uninstall the G5 instrument app now? I tried to just delete the folder but it's doing the same thing and keeps crashing Xplane now. I need some help guys.

Folder path invalid when downloading xPILOT on macos for Xplane-12

When i try to select the xplane-12 folder when it asks for me to select the location it gives me an error saying: INVALID x-Plane 12 folder path. the path should be the root folder of where X-Plane.app is installed. However it does not let me select the xplane app as a location. Would appreciate some guidance.

Additional information:

XPlane 12 is downloaded on steam.

Gizmo on iMac M4?

Hello everybody

Until recently I was using the LED Saab 340 on an iMac M1 and the Gizmo plugin needed for activation and the various checklists etc worked just fine.

I have now updated to a iMac M4 machine and all of a sudden the Gizmo plugin does not show up anymore when loading the aircraft. I have tried a complete reinstall of the plane but with no result.

Does anybody now what the problem here could be?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Unable to log into X-Aviaton prompts in X-Plane 12

Hello, I started up X-Plane 12 to do a flight in an aircraft, and when my flight and aircraft loaded, I was presented with two different X-Aviation prompts that ask me to enter my X-Aviation account email and password but no matter how many times I try to enter in the information, it does not work. On one of them nothing happens and when I try the other one, I get an error message.

I do own a few X-Aviation aircraft which is why I'm guessing I'm getting these but I never had an issue before where it wouldn't work when I enter in my information. I double and triple checked that I was entering in the correct information, so I don't believe that is the problem.

I would really appreciate any help, I don't think I'll be able to fly my X-Aviation aircraft without getting past this.

Moring, Just re-installed the IXEG 737 ( been on caring duties for a while), The Installation went ok,

The problem I have when trying to sort my camera views out on X-camera its showing an out of date version 3.2.2

I have the latest update 3..4.4 ( comfirmed in Skunkcrafts updater)bit of a loss what to do next, cant spot any way to update this for the IXEG

As stated in the title, as soon as the machine is loaded and I perform an action, X-Plane 12 crashes immediately.
How can I fix this?

It is also strange that X-Aviation does not offer support, but only a link to a forum!
