  1. Hi, Perhaps cast your eye on the local weather. Windy conditions will cause the Elevators and Rudder to flutter and / or large deflections from center and the Props to windmill.
  2. Hi Goran, are you still tempted by the C-130? I would love to see a "Saab style" in-depth simulation of the Hercules. Thanks.
  3. Hello, Using the Cargo Variant I have noticed that the Cargo Door and Handle are not animated. After comparison with the Passenger Variant I will offer the following observations of the Cargo Variant. Placing the Cursor on the Cargo Door Handle I get the "pointing finger" symbol. Clicking the Left Mouse Button, I hear the sounds that I would associate with the Door Handle unlatching and turning - There is no animation of the Door Handle turning Placing the Cursor on the Cargo Door I get an "open hand" symbol. Clicking the Left Mouse Button, I hear the sounds that I would associate with the Cargo Door transiting to the Open Position - There is no animation of the Cargo Door moving inwards then upwards. Both Pointing and Open Hand symbols move to a position that I would associate with an Open Cargo Door. After this sequence of events, the CARGO DOOR Annunciator on the DOOR WARNING PANEL is Illuminated. There is no depiction of the Cargo Door in the Open Position and no opening appears in the fuselage. I'm not sure whether this is an issue or whether this feature is not included in the Cargo Variant. Once again, Thanks very much for your continued efforts, I hope this post is of value. James Britnell.
  4. Hello, Thanks very much for following this up, and a big thanks for posting back. I shall consider this matter resolved. Thanks again, James Britnell
  5. Hello, Thank-you very much for your reply, your hard work is appreciated. Ok, so the two aoa datarefs are Pilot and Co-pilot respectively I guess. Thanks for the explanation regarding the Co-pilots aoa, makes sense to me. James Britnell
  6. My apologies, apparently I'm having some trouble with the screenshots. James Britnell
  7. Hello, I'd like to make some enquires regarding the Ice Protection System. In X-plane I have configured Data Input & Output to display icing status 1 and icing status 2. I have noticed that the values for aoa, aoa and rwing are not being cleared by the system. The values aoa and aoa I guess refer to the angle-of-attack transmitters, which, I understand, would be activated by the STBY PITOT switch being set to ON. The rwing value, presumably refering to the right wing, would be activated by placing the AUTO CYCLING switch in either the CONT or ONE CYCLE positions. In the case of the other datarefs, the system works admirably, the lwing value changing in sync with the W INB inflation cycle is a particuarly nice touch. I'm presuming the system should be clearing these values, though, perhaps I am misunderstanding something. I have attached some screenshots which I hope will be of some assistance. Thank-you very much for your time, and to all involved in the making of this fabulous aircraft. I hope all of your hard work is justly rewarded. I am enjoying the aircraft immensely. James Britnell
