Thanks for coming back on the missing clouds. I have temporarily removed all plugins (except the SkyMAXX family) and custom scenery and switched to a area with less turbulent weather, same problem. Perhaps it might help that turning on SkyMAXX in PluginAdmin has influence on the framerate (lower with SMP, as expected), but clouds are visible if and only if SkyMAXX is turned **off**.

Yes, it did! There are 5 files and 6 folders, looks populated... The Mac version contained the installer only, I think the vc is for Windows only Thanks for your hints anyway!

Guys, I don't want to be pathetic, but I've had this discussion along with tech details earlier and there was no solution. I'm totally aware that SkyMAXX produces great results on probably almost all machines. And I know how important a smart community is, but sometimes things are annoying - maybe for a single user.

Again I don't get a single cloud - it is so annoying, again I will delete all SkyMaxx Stuff (as I did with former versions). On a 32GB machine SkyMaxx complains about memory issues... Hope someone can fix this!

I'm sorry to say that SMP and RWC do not work at all (although I thought is does), I'm so diappointed. I have recorded a screen video (see attachment) that shows you the problem: I enter my email and password, both product seem to activated, and few seconds later the popups comes up agin. It is a mess, believe me! Any idea? Is it possible to check if my auth request arrived at you server? I want to see clouds!!!! Thanks for any kind of help.

You have some serious permission issues going on with your computer. I highly recommend you take a look at this in full soon.
That said, I believe what's happening here is inside of your main X-Plane folder there should be a folder called X-Aviation. It is likely that the installer was not able to create this folder for you with your permission issues, or, if it was, the folder is not writable and the license is unable to save to disk. Please either create or adjust this folders permissions.

Just if you need this for other support tickets: On macOS the user can set up globally which permissions the Mac chooses when creating folders or files. In a networked environment it makes sense to set more restrictive permissions. Actually before starting SMP or RWC it makes sense to set the permissions to 775.
I will write a post to clarify that you succeeded to help!

Thanks for taking care of SkyMaxx customers. Please have a look at the log.txt I have attached to this PM. I purchased SMP + RWC and hope we get it done!
btw: The installers really don't run on Sierra. We have to sudo the package contents to install both SMP and RWC!

They actually do run in Sierra, Benedikt. What happens is Sierra has a new permission rule for some downloads that quarantines zip file contents overzealously. It's hit an miss...about 85% Sierra users run it without issue..the remaining get hit with the issue you saw.
