I have changed my password but i lost it ! i left a message to the support of X-Aviation and now i must wait for a new password I'm sorry for that but this happen when you become old. I think that you are a very kind person to help me like that. Thousand thanks. Edward

i have put the installer in the root folder of X-Plane 11 and i run it. In the X-Aviation customer purchase validation i fill in my email adress and my password and click next. this is at this moment than i have the error message: Error fetching URL etc... i click ok and is over As you can see i can't go very far cause i am blocked immediately Thanks again

After allow the installer in firewall same happens so i have deactivated my AV and the firewall of kaspersky internet security but i have always the same error message. The Firewall of windows defender is also deactivated. What's happen ? What can i do more, i am very frustrated i would like to use this beautifull plane Thanks for your answer Goran. Hope we find.

When i launch the installer for validate my purchase and install the plane i have an error message that said: Error fetching URL http://www.x-aviation.com/merchant/wrapper.php i bought the plane yesterday, downloaded the installer TBM-windows-installer-exe version 1.1.9 and i can't use it. Of course i have send a message to the support of X-aviation but no answer, i am waiting... I hope somebody have an idea for fix this problem Thanks in advance
