"Are you using symbols in your password?"....I was...Changed the password to one without a "Symbol" and BOOM...I got them both back... Thanks Goran for the fast response...

So here we go again... Saab 340 and TBM900, both can not be used...I updated everything like I did a year ago. I checked everything to make sure it wasn't being blocked. But this time nothing worked??? I am at a loss...And need help...

Goran, Thank you...I checked the "X Aviation account" and after I reset it (X Aviation account) problem solved...Installer worked... Never thought about it... Thanks again...

I checked...And I couldn't find anything to show it was blocking the installer... When I went to respond to your post, It told me again my pass word was invalid? So I had to reset it. I have had zero problems until yesterday. And I am at a loss to figure out what is going on.

Now I can't even run the installer to do a fresh install...1.1.1 or 1.1.3... So can any one point me in right the right direction for assistance? Is it through a ticket or simply waiting for them to see the post?

I've had no trouble up till today...Went to fly her and I get authentication failed...Reset my password here and still can't get past the prompt. Any ideas? And now I can't get it to go away at all...2nd Pic...
