  1. Is there a way to get the CDU into a popup window either natively or via a 3rd party tool? I'd also like to put the primary displays onto a separate monitor. I know, I know, I'm showing my FSX/P3D heritage ;-) With the "other" sims, I use an external Virtual CDU package on an android tablet, and put the primary displays on a 4th small HDMI monitor (as pictured below) I have looked at FreeFD and XHSI2 but they don't show the flightplan details on the ND.
  2. Still no sign of 1.2 What's taking xAviation so long ?
  3. Do you have the ground handling plugin installed. I have found that the IXEG 737 doesn't like that plugin. If I remove it, I cannot get one engine to fail as you describe, yet every now and then it "does" fail if I have the ground handling plugin installed. I believe that the pause introduced as groundhandling initialises, highlights the issue with the idle (as covered in the posts above)
  4. Just a heads up, Using XP11, If you have the ground handling plugin, you may notice that often when you load the IXEG 737, one throttle doesn't respond properly. It seems that the groundhandling plugin aggravates the throttle issue. There is a temporary fix for the throttle issue here .... http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/110304-ixeg-737cl-and-more/&page=2#comment-1134164
  5. Hmm, I just read elsewhere that IXEG do NOT officially support XP11, so perhaps we can ignore what I said below. It looks like ground drift is a known issue. I haven't figured out how to delete this post. ================================================================== I create a new flight at startup KSFO, stormy weather (slide weather slider to the far right) I notice that the airplane is very very slowly rotating on the spot. I go into flight configuration and tweak the weather to increase ground wind speed up from 15kts to say 30kts. I apply the changes. I watch my 737 get blown across the runway. Perhaps my IXEG 737 is sliding on the ice, but if I change the weather to clear, and keep the same wind settings, the aircraft still slides about to a great degree on the "dry" tarmac and ultimately rotates about 90 degrees..
  6. Has this been addressed in the latest release (betaRC2)
  7. Noticed that the landing lights didn't appear on the external model while using the new xPlane 11.0 beta1 Something to look out for in the next release of xPlane.
  8. I'm not sure if this has been covered before, but the ixeg 737 changes several of the sound settings (not just the overall volume). Whenever I fly the IXEG 737, I have to go in and change the sound volumes back to the way I like them b4 I fly another aircraft.
