  2. please advise. Gust lock off, ruder operational, but the steering wheel is fixed and does not respond to turn inputs. I then select (any) other aircraft and the problem is inherited by that aircraft as well. Not an xplane problem because other aircraft steer ok until I select Saab 340 1.5. Afterwards no aircraft (selected after Saab 340) will have ground steering until sim is restarted.
  3. ok but now the correction required to hardware controller, it is still revered when hardware (CH yoke or quadrant) lever is assigned a spoiler axis. Of course you can check the reverse box next to the axis in joystick assignments, but then you have to do it again before flying other planes.
  4. please advise why the spoiler lever function is reversed, and whether or not it will be corrected?
  5. Coming, any chance? The VCand avionics turn too outdated (and the price is still constant...), needs rework to PMDG DC-6 standards. Preferably, two avionics packages, original and something mid/late-20 century. It's really funny seeing late liveries and original 30's avionics... There is a freeware DC-3 for FSX/P3D recently released, check it out to see what an up-to-date DC-3 should look like.
  6. Will check. The way Jar A330 is done is you can't start it without that GH plug in that it comes with, the A330 doesn't have its own ground handling functions. You can start it with APU, yes, but to start the GPU you must use the GH plug in, unlike the A320 which comes with its own GPU function. So where do I go to get the updated limited GH for the A330?
  7. Just purchased, everything seems to work but I have very limited sounds inside the cockpit, and no sounds outside, unless I select full thrust. Advise please.
  8. I have assigned it to a button on the yoke, and then I use throttles to apply thrust. Works with every other plane and I have all study-type planes there are.
  9. And another one: the spoiler function is reverersed when assigned to a joystick controller (I use CH yoke/quadrant). This means you have to go to joystick settings and reverse it when flying the 737. And at the end of flight you have to re-reverse it, otherwise the next plane you fly will have it's spoiler function reversed,
  10. You mean before disengaging the AT? Don't remember, possibly not, next time will keep it in mind. Another problem: reversers do not de-engage after landing, they stay on. I messed with it for 10 seconds until it finally gave me a break and de-engaged. Any hints about that please?

  12. Does the installer available for download on x-aviation site have the fixes or is it original release version? It says 1.0.
  13. Another one: throttles freeze after disengaging the AT. Seems like I have to reinstall with a clean installer, if it is not my fault (and I see no info/instructions), than it must be the plane.

Version 1.7 1. on descend to KBOS with ROBUC2.JFK star to 04R (cycle 1607), one waypoint was 4000 ft above previous, this messed up the descend profile, descend continued at -6000 ftm past the miscalculated point. Tried it again, this time I entered my own altitude value for the waypoint, which resulted in deactivation of VNAV which no longer worked, it just died. No good. 2. Editing CI value does not work, after entering my own value I get no PERF confirmation. 3. ILS mode, once the LOC signal is captured, deactivates VS mode while GS isn't yet captured. I found a work around, activating LOC mode allows to use the VS mode until GS captured, then engage APR. #2 and 3 worry me little at the moment, #1 however is very frustrating and no good. So far I flew only one route with v1.7 so that's all the experience I have.
  15. The latest 1.7 update resulted in the plane grounded. 1 hour flight preparation and take off, and than the autopilot wasn't able to engage. AP-A doesn't engage, AP-B engages but does not track LNAV, VNAV, VS or HDG select. I have removed all plugins and kept only FWL, SkyMaxPro and a couple necessary ones coming with addons - ground handling that comes with JAR A330 and Gizmo. No FSUIPC, no tug master. Version 1.7 doesn't like FWLua or A330 ground handling?? Please advise.
  16. Me too want a 340B with a proper FMS by a year 2018 knowing the time these developments take ))) Also, I'm afraid (I have this theory...) the developers don't develop stuff that doesn't pay. Once the 340A is sold, that's it, next case. But to me as a user it makes a difference what plane there is done with an FMS. There may be some other plane some one else will develop, but it is A340B I want (yes I'm a little baby, I want Saab 340 with the FMS!) It is a popular 90s/00s plane, the equivalent to a 737 in the regional segment.
  17. Not a complaint, a statement rather Ok will use the autobrake. Autobrakes in XP work really poorly sometimes (JAR A320 is the worst), so I developed a habit of not using it at all. Will try it with the 737!
  18. Almost everything is ok, the lateral and VNAV work perfectly, but I have a problem with weights entry in the PERF page. No matter what I enter, ZFW or gross, the entered value stays for a couple minutes (giving me the right take off speeds) and then cuts itself by a half, down to 45,000lbs. And from then on I can no longer enter the proper value, it reverts back to 45,000. Of course then it calculates the wrong Vref for landing at 70kts, although on the HSI it does show the correct Vref at arount 130. Please help to resolve this, what do I do wrong? I have version 1.02
  19. I confirm it is not the hardware, it is the IXEG software. I too have this problem and so far I slow down only with thrust reversers down to 60, and even then the tow breaking throws the plane sideways. Please look into it, IXEG team. Toe breaking at taxi speeds is ok.
