1. MCE package has just been updated, and is fully compatible with latest IXEG 737 V1.2 In addition to crew integration, ATC interfacing with PF3 ATC system has been refined and it's now possible to use MCE own co-pilot voice packs to interact with that ATC system automatically. automatically. 2. Unfortunately, very unlikely since it's possible to dual boot Mac Hardware with Windows using BOOTCAMP, and most X-Plane users are on Windows (65%). Here is a video I found on the net, related to IXEG 737. Note, late in the video, the user asks for speed to be set in MCP and it would appear FO not understanding it. In fact FO is type rated on aircraft, and would only set lower speed when flaps configuration is correct. With 737, you go like this Flaps 1 Set speed 190 Flaps 5 Set speed 170 Gear down Optionally (Set flaps 10 followed by Set speed 160) Flaps 15 Set speed 150 Flaps 25 Set speed 140 etc ..... In this video, user opted for JC French-Swiss accent. But there are 8 other co-pilots, including US, UK, OZ and German accents. When downloading the Demo, don't forget to download all the other voice packs separately.
3. Your welcome Jan Normally installation is a breeze. For those using non-English Windows versions, it's a matter of installing the "English US" language pack. Should work on ANY Windows localized version. If you're struggling with that for some reason , suggest you read this guide about how to get English US speech engine installed. https://zulja.wordpress.com/2015/08/11/installing-additional-language-packs-for-windows-10-speech-recognition/ There is currently one limitation. MCE cannot read the V1, VR, V2 you input in FMC-CDU. Therefore, have to tell FO by these means. Either go to MCE user interface, <Monitor> tab and insert the V speeds there OR Tell your FO about them verbally. You: "Our V one is XXX" Co-pilot : "confirm V1 XXX" You: "affirmative" or "yes" Do the same for VR and V2 and FO should make the accurate call-outs on take-off. If anyone needs help, feel free to ask.
4. Hi Folks. Just to let you know, it is now possible to fly the IXEG 737 with a virtual co-pilot. Our 9 human recoded voices are fully type rated and can assist you with anything you need. This isn't a scripted adventure. It's rather a completely interactive crew experience. You can customize flows and checklists to match ANY real world or virtual airline. Just need a working headset with microphone to experience the thrill of voice control. You can use the virtual FO as little or as much as you want. You call the shots. Fully working demo available here: http://www.multicrewxp.com/Downloads.html Demo comes with 3 FO voice packs mainly to reduce the download size. Don't forget to also download and install additional voice packs. Thank you Gerald R
