    GLSL error

Driver issue for sure, and sounds like you're on beta drivers at that. Assuming this is an Nvidia card, be sure to use 3.14 drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/object/win8-win7-winvista-64bit-314.22-whql-driver.html If you're on Linux you should use 3.13. The no_glsl option actually doesn't work in X-Plane any longer.
  2. Plenty of recent posts in here keeping everyone up to date, including the fact that Laminar has been actively involved in fixing bugs in an effort to get this out the door.
  3. It's US Airways buying American, not American buying US Airways. They are merging and keeping the American name, but US Airways management will run the show. One World will be the alliance of choice. All aircraft will be painted in a new paint scheme, and it has not yet been finalized which livery (either an entirely new one, or the new AA one) will become the brand of the new airline.
  4. This thread is full of information: http://forums.x-pilot.com/topic/939-the-b737-classic-project/?p=52366
  5. No, not 64-bit, but yes, it's available upon request and is the version just prior to 1.5.2.

    3d mouse view

Be sure that you are in the camera view used with the keystrokes: shift 9 Once there, click the RMB on your mouse and drag around to see if that's working. If not, perhaps there are some corrupted preferences here.
  7. Hi, Marc, Use the contact form at X-Aviation requesting a 1.4.5 version and we'll help to get you sorted to see if that helps.
  8. So assign some buttons to 'q' and 'e' key bindings and you should then be able to use the joystick. All I told you above can be assigned to the joystick. I was giving you keys to have another work around in a lazy way and as examples if you wanted it.
  9. I understand all you have said. Even still, that lake in discussion appears to have been built in 1943. More on it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dale_Hollow_Reservoir
  10. He uses proxies to sign up and sign in under a crap ton of ip's. It gives him away every time though. One minute he signs in from California, the next he signs in from Europe. Dumb.
  11. Cycle views has never been in X-Plane, but zoom in/out is. Simply go to the joystick settings, then click the 'Buttons: Adv' tab. Hit the button on your joystick you would like to assign something to, then hit the radio button that says 'general/'. You will then see various options for zoom. Can't say I've ever used a gamepad with X-Plane, but I can't think of any logical big reason why it wouldn't work unless the gamepad is registering as a button click in an awkward way. With a joystick hat switch the pan is very smooth. Sure you can. Press 'Q' or 'E' when in 2D, or use the arrow keys to pan sections of a large 2D panel if it's not all in view. That's a baffling statement. Are you using some old aircraft? Check out the new default planes like the Baron, Kingair, 747, etc to see what 3D cockpits look like. You can see other examples of images taken in 3D cockpit mode on our Saab project here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/topic/4189-saab-340a-cockpit-preview-december-10-2012/ You surely must be using an aircraft not intended to have a 3D cockpit then. You can certainly assign this type of stuff already using the button advanced section of the joystick. It's a matter of finding the datarefs you want to assign to buttons. Otherwise, just use the keyboard. Use '<' for moving backwards, '>' to move forward, use either with shift held down and this will produce faster movement. Do this in 3D cockpit mode (Shift 9) or in exterior (Shift 4) mode. Again, use 'q' or 'e' in the 3D cockpit mode to "walk" right or left. As said, already exists. Use 'q' or 'e'. It's a new platform for you and you're just going to need a little time to warm up to it. It's not unlike a lot else, and with flight sims you take what you can get.
  12. Do you know the specs on Morten's Mac, and have you been able to have Tom test this?
  13. There are plans to expand it to scenery.
  14. We'll get more into licensing as the time comes for it, but I'll clear up a few of your questions... 1. Gizmo is not currently sold anywhere 2. It's primarily been used up to this point in some aircraft sold at X-Aviation (Saab, C400, MU-2, etc), and now IXEG is also using it on the 737. 3. When this beta period is over for Gizmo 13 there will be three levels of licensing options. One of those levels allows for freeware developers to develop and distribute at no charge. So, to answer your question in a sentence: Yes, Gizmo is perfectly suitable for freeware development!
  15. The error you posted is normal. CTDs always make me go back to the known memory allocation issue in XP. Thanks for continuing to test and provide logs!
  16. Sorry, but not possible. All the RealScenery installer does is unzip downloaded files and nothing more. Within those downloads is strictly the scenery, and as you can see in this forum, this is far from a redundant issue. Based on your assessment, it's quite clear that M54 is your issue, and you are likely missing a required library for it. Which one, I do not know. Facades are primarily used for objects or simple buildings, both of which are non-existent in the dsf "code" of RealScenery. It's quite literally impossible, and even further exemplified by the fact that removal of just that one scenery of all the others you have allow RealScenery to run just fine.
  17. So where exactly are 'test3' and 'test4' being declared in all of this?
  18. We don't place objects in this scenery, so there's got to be a little more at play here. 1. Can you please share which version of X-Plane you have installed? 2. Aside from RealScenery, do you have any other object scenery for any airports or even OSM data you have downloaded to complement it?
  19. Hey, Tomcat, Interesting to hear this, and no offense taken over it obviously. However, given I and a lot of our customers tend to like this feature a lot, I'd just like to know why this feature has become an annoyance to you? It should only pop out when your mouse is over on the right. Do you often have other items there that cause it to pop out?
