I loved the Cirrus SR22 for X-Plane 11 and was delighted when the X-Plane 12 version arrived. Just one issue and that is the pull to the left on take off before sufficient air speed is gained to make the rudder effective. Without nose wheel steering, this is a bit of a problem. I assume it is modeled on P-Factor with the prop causing the pull to the left. On X-Plane 11 this was manageable but with X-Plane 12 it is hugely strong and a real battle to keep directional control on the runway before rudder authority is enough to over come it. Could it be adjusted to be the same as it was in X-Plane 11?? Many thanks for a great aircraft. Anthony Sullivan

Could someone provide instructions for downloading and installing Real World Weather Connector from X-Aviation and installing it for X-Plane running on a Mac? It is hard to believe that X-Aviation do not provide this.

Hi John, Yes I have tried it from the X-Plane root folder as well as from other folders but the result is the same. After double clicking on the file, a window opens for me to double click on to install it. On double clicking a message says that RealWeatherConnector-osx-installer is an app downloaded from the internet and am I sure I want to open it. I click on open but after that nothing happens. I lookin in Plugins but cannot find it. I open X-Plane and open the Skymaxx Pro Plug in, Real World Weather is not an option. I attach a copy of my log.txt file as requested. Ok it is on a Mac but I am using X-Plane for Mac not Windows. Could that be the problem? I have sent messages to X-Aviation but no-one ever replies which is very disappointing. When I try to install Real World Weather on the Mac; it appears to work but then then nothing happens and I cannot see it in my PlugIns.

I find the real world weather download in X-plane to be unreliable. What I want is for x-plane weather to match whether being shown in Foreflight. I have purchased X-Aviation SkyMax Pro and also X-Aviation Real World Weather but the latter does not work on my Mac. Does anyone know how to get X-Plane weather to match weather in Foreflight?

Hi Angelo, Thanks for your suggestions but I have already downloaded that latest installer but to no avail. You click on the upgrade button and it sits there for hours saying that it is contacting X-Plane to find an update server.

I have Version 10.10r3 running on a desktop Mac. I have tried updating through the software itself and through the installer but nothing works. Randy Witt of X-Plane just keeps telling me it is my fault without offering any solutions. I have no firewalls turned on in the Mac or in the router. I run no virus software. In desperation last September I bought another set of discs hoping that the bug would be gone but no it is still there. I have asked Randy to send the upgrade files to me but she does not answer my emails. Can anyone help? regards Anthony Sullivan
