  1. 'morning, I've sent in a couple of tickets (separated by 3 days, figured the first might have gotten lost, 3ME7O and O0BL9) of the past week and change, so I apologize if I've missed responses, I have been keeping track of my spam folder and all that and I've not yet seen anything. In any case, I had purchased the MU-2 for X-Plane but only have the 1.6 version and was hoping to upgrade to the 1.7 due to some issues I'm having with 1.6 in X-Plane 11. Please let me know what I can do to get the upgrade... Thanks, Dave
  2. In case someone else runs into this problem and searches here, the issue had to do with the fact that I had "special characters" in my x-aviation password. When I changed my password to only letter and number, the install went off without a hitch.
  3. Hopefully someone here can help as I've left two messages now via the website at X-Aviation and haven't received any reply. I'm running on a Mac with xplane 10.22. I purchased the Oregon scenery pack and downloaded the installer. When I run the installer it asks for my login credentials and my download key, along with my X-Plane install directory and a download directory. There are no error messages, and the installer says that the install is successful, but it went very quickly and the only thing on the drive in my specified download directory is a file titled "Denied//Invalid request." with a "file_list.txt" with the same "Denied//Invalid request." within it. X-Plane is not in my home directory as I read that could have been a problem. I've checked and rechecked my login credentials and download key. I can't think of anything else to try. Can anyone offer assistance? Thanks, Dave
