I submitted a support ticket Friday of last week and received the automated acknowledgement that my ticket had been submitted under number M6ENF.
I've not received a response yet. I've double checked my spam folder just in case it got sent there and I don't see anything.
I know you guys must be busy dealing with support for the IXEG 737 but I'd be most grateful if I could get a resolution to the problem I have outlined in the ticket.
