  2. Well, I guess we have proven it IS possible (we can document it off course), although parts of ours is also "external" like the engine model and some other parts that are "modified". We spent about 6 years on our flight model, so it has not been a trivial task - but worth it. They choosing a different route is off course up to them, but just because they did not succeed does not mean that others can't! Not sure what they did, but I suspect it is highly table based since from what I understand it is ported from some other sim, and table based flight models have their share of weaknesses. In a way you could say we (IXEG) takes the best from both worlds. Also, on an A320 - that uses FBW (artificial stability and augmentation) - that you hardly ever fly in direct law, the dynamics are not as important from pilot or engineering perspective anyway as it is on a classic Boeing without FBW where you fly hands-on in "direct law" a lot of the time. But I wish them good luck, a great A320 finally would benefit XP a lot and attract more users from the other sim's M

  3. That's completely out of line and totally uncalled for. As Cameron already mentioned, we made this update for free. No strings attached. You bought a fully functioning product, that works in X-Plane 10. And, we believe, you got excellent value for money. This update took us a few months to finish. And it had many stressful moments. Please, let go of this sense of entitlement, and just exercise a little bit of patience.

  4. I just came across this, and it looks really good! Once KDTW is out all we need is a good A330-300 for some Delta flights and we're good to go.

  5. Hi, it is not "out of line and sense of entitlement", its called customer observation/opinion and customer is always right. Also no one told you to give the update for free. You want money for hard work no problem you want to give it for free thank you. So next time don't announce an update until Cameron says the package is about ready to head out as he has limited resources, it will look better on you guys IMO. Talking about stressful moments, in my line of work i have them about every day NOC engineer.
