Captains,

Your help in testing our new downloader would be much appreciated.

Bear in mind that the exhaust cowlings may still be hot.

This is a beta.

Please report any bugs here in the thread or in the bug-tracker directly.

This new downloader has been re-written from the ground up and should be both faster and more reliable.

If all goes well we can push forth with Norcal and all those other lovelies.

Windows version (under Win7 32bit).
* password shown in clear text Wink

* pass.jpg (97.69 KB. 800x600 - viewed 245 times.)

* progam does not remember authorization data (mail/pass) after closing (but remembers download location)
* downloading seems to work, "thottle" moves within full range and work too

UPD:
* after first package downloading finishes, it's ETA freezes at 5 mins

Works fine here. Throttle moves full range and does what it's supposed to. Password field is open as others have mentioned.

Other than that it seems pretty perfect.

Thanks for the help everyone! Smiley

Regarding Mac OS 10.5, this is not a major concern.
I can build a copy of the app on my G5 which still runs 10.5.

My major concern with this release has been the download-engine and making sure it completes the files in a fast efficient manner.

Seems to do that so far, so I'll work on the minor cosmetics left and we should be able to call it final unless someone reports a show stopper. Smiley

So... The downloader works, the scenery is done... Any chance that the sceneries are going to come out soon?
