CRJ-200 Setup asking for my email address not working

I just purchased CRJ-200 and when trying to install it, one of the first things it asks for is the email address I used when registering on the site. No matter what I type in the box, a warning window tells me "You need to specify a value". I'm using Windows 8 and X-Plane 10. Any suggestions? My first purchase from this company, so perhaps my error. Thanks!
