Tried to download again from the Asia/Pacific server but received error message that the download had failed. Had same issue using USA server. Filed a request for support on the 29th November & received a support ticket #. Now the 7th December & no contact despite sending 2 further emails requesting follow-up. When you file another support ticket, while your original one is still in the queue, you get pushed to the back again. Thereby delaying support.
