Why X-Aviation aircraft in specific folder?

Recommended Posts

X-Aviation utilizes a guided installer for not only installations, but also updates.  By putting all X-Aviation products in one known folder within x-plane, its much much easier to program the installer (which can be quite a complex process)  to handle updates and uninstalls.  A very large percentage of customers like the convenience of  "single click" installs and updates and this is just a simple way to ensure the reliability of the install/update process.

As Tom stated, and moving this will have ill effects over time. Very minor inconvenience of organization for much less hassle down the road.

It makes sense, I guess.

I'm sure glad though that our military doesn't use an inventory storage system that instead arranges its assets by function rather than manufacturer.  ;)
