Aircraft installed and operated well initially but after upgrade of video card no gizmo toolbar visible and aircraft loads with all doors and hatches open. Aircraft re-installed without success, all other aircraft in X-Plane work fine, it appears to be a Gizmo plugin problem - any ideas??

I have re-installed X-Plane 10.36, re-installed the Saab 340 and it still does not work - no Gizmo toolbar, unable to make any selections - used up the last of my 3 installation downloads. Is there any known conflicts with graphics cards as it worked perfectly until i replaced my original card an AMD Radeon HD6450 with an AMD Radeon HD6670. Help !!

Have you tried an older driver version?

I'm guessing it might be some weird OpenGL thing...

The error message doesn't give me much to go on and it's not a new machine, its a new GPU card, so...

If an older driver doesn't help we're going to need you to submit an X-A support ticket so that we can assist you in detail.

Mention this thread in your ticket and we can get your download counters reset too.

Sorry I can't help get you going today. :|

Sometimes it isn't a good idea to install X-Plane into your Desktop. Windows has some increased "safety-features" in this place.

Mabey you move your X-Plane from "C:\Users/Steve/Desktop/X-Plane 10" to "C:\X-Plane 10".

Mabey try the Saab install after this.
