Why no answer from X-Aviation

I sent several emails from the X-Aviation site and no answer received to my request.

I made a purchase on April 1st (Order #21695) and never receive a forecast delivery date of the DVD or a link to download the products. It should be nice to have a way to unlock this situation.

Every time you send an email, you get pushed to the back of the line.  This is not done by XA, but by the support system that is in place.

Just send 1 email or 1 support ticket and you will be dealt with.
